Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (‘the Terms’) govern your access to and use of the ITADAKI JAPAN website (‘the Site’). By using the Site you are taken to have read and accepted the Terms.

1. 1. Scope

The Terms apply to every page and every language version of the Site, and to consultation requests submitted through it.

The Site is operated by Kin no Chashitsu lab LLC (合同会社金の茶室lab), Aoba-ku, Yokohama, Kanagawa, Japan. The full address and related registrations will be published on the Site once finalised.

If you do not accept any part of the Terms, please discontinue use of the Site.

2. 2. Nature of the service and our role

ITADAKI JAPAN acts as a single, private-office style window: it listens to what is needed, organises the questions involved, and — with your consent — introduces and coordinates independent specialists in the relevant fields.

ITADAKI JAPAN does not itself provide licensed real-estate brokerage, tax, legal, judicial or administrative scrivener, M&A advisory, investment advisory, or immigration and residency application services. Those services are provided by the respective licensed professionals under their own engagement terms.

The only exception is where a relevant licence or registration is separately confirmed and expressly disclosed on the Site. Until such a disclosure appears, please do not assume that any of those qualifications are held.

Any engagement with a partner specialist is formed directly between you and that specialist. Fees, scope of responsibility and the work itself are governed by that specialist’s own terms.

3. 3. No offer, no solicitation, no investment advice

Information on the Site is general in nature. It is not an offer to sell, nor a solicitation of an offer to buy, real estate, securities or any financial product.

The Site does not provide investment advice, tax advice or legal opinions. Decisions should be taken by you after confirmation with qualified professionals.

Any introduction to a property or an opportunity proceeds only after individual confirmation and the necessary documentation. Browsing the Site creates no rights or entitlements.

4. 4. No guarantees

We take care to keep information accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete, accurate, timely or fit for any particular purpose.

No guarantee or promise is made as to outcomes, returns, approvals or processing times.

Content on the Site may be changed, corrected or removed without notice.

5. 5. Intellectual property

Rights in the text, images, layout, marks and other content of the Site belong to the operator or to the rightful licensors.

Reproduction, adaptation, public transmission or commercial use is not permitted without prior written consent.

Where material is quoted, the source should be stated and the meaning of the original must not be distorted.

6. 6. Permitted use and prohibited conduct

The Site may be used only for lawful personal or business reference purposes.

The following are prohibited: supplying false information; using another person’s identity; unauthorised access to, or placing an excessive load on, the Site or its servers; automated bulk extraction; sending unsolicited messages; infringing the rights of others; and any act contrary to law or public order.

Where we consider that a breach may be occurring, we may restrict or refuse the use in question without prior notice.

7. 7. Third-party links and external services

The Site may link to third-party websites or rely on external services. These are managed by their own operators, and we are not responsible for their content, security or privacy practices.

The presence of a link does not imply a recommendation, endorsement or guarantee.

8. 8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, neither the Site nor its operator is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site.

We do not accept performance responsibility for services rendered by partner specialists; that responsibility rests with each specialist under their own engagement.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability that may not be excluded or limited under applicable law.

9. 9. Governing law, jurisdiction, changes and language

The formation, effect and interpretation of the Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.

It is intended that any dispute relating to the Site or to the Terms be submitted to the Tokyo District Court as the exclusive court of first instance.

The Terms may be revised without notice; a revised version takes effect when published on the Site.

The Terms exist in Japanese, Traditional Chinese and English. In case of any discrepancy or question of interpretation between the versions, the Japanese version prevails.
